Yes! Within your application form, you can specify each other in the box provided. It’s important you apply at the same time, for the same team, and select the same days for the best chance of working together.
Shifts vary according to your role, but the Team Leader will ensure breaks and meals are scheduled. If you have concerns, please email info@webelievefestival.com.
If applicants do not meet our Terms & Conditions, if referees do not recommend them, or if positions are filled, applications may be declined.

After completing the form and providing two references, we will review your application and contact your referees within five working days. Once we have received their feedback, we will confirm your place. The application process duration depends on how quickly your referees respond, so a gentle reminder to them can help. Positions are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will try our best to place you in your first choice of team.
We would love to have you volunteer with us! Head to the volunteer page of our website to read the application guidelines, and if you’re interested, complete the application form. If you cannot apply online, please email info@webelievefestival.com.
